These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of any mobile application or game published by Bwatacookie Studio ("we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to Ball Journey and Pixel Breakers. By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Our Apps

Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree not to misuse any app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

Accounts and Leaderboards

Connecting a Google Play Games or Game Center account is optional and required only for leaderboard and achievement features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your platform account.

In-App Purchases

Some apps may offer optional in-app purchases via Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. All purchases are final and subject to the respective app store's own refund policies.

Advertising

Some apps display advertisements served through Google AdMob. Ads may be required to unlock certain in-app rewards.

Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, and code within our apps are the property of Bwatacookie Studio unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of any app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. This single set of Terms applies across all of our current and future apps unless a specific app states otherwise.
